At the time of your order, I was still new to the shop, which is why I unfortunately missed your review and didn’t respond sooner. Regarding the soap, I haven’t encountered issues with melting before, especially during February when temperatures are usually cooler. However, I understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a product that wasn’t in perfect condition, and I’m truly sorry for that.
