Vendor Waitlist Now Open: Help Us Build the Ohana Marketplace
Launching January 2026 • Built to amplify Hawaiʻi-based makers and support local communities
This is a big moment for us: we’ve officially opened our vendor email list for the marketplace. We’re actively building the new Ohana Marketplace behind the scenes, and we’re aiming to launch in January 2026. If you’re a maker, artist, or brand that feels aligned with what we’re building, this is your “get in early” doorway.
Why a vendor waitlist?
A marketplace is a little like a canoe—if we all jump in at once without a plan, somebody ends up in the ocean. The waitlist helps us onboard vendors in an organized way, make sure we’re supporting you properly, and launch with a lineup that reflects the heart of Hawaiʻi.
Joining the list doesn’t lock you into anything—and it doesn’t automatically mean you’re approved. It simply makes sure you’re first to hear about: vendor requirements, setup steps, fees & policies, launch timelines, and our marketing plans as we finalize the platform.
How we’ll keep everyone in the loop
We’ll be communicating in two main ways:
- Email updates — The vendor list will get the most detailed updates: onboarding windows, what information we’ll need from you, and next-step checklists. (No spam. Just the stuff you actually care about.)
- Social media — We’ll share progress updates, vendor spotlights, and launch announcements on our social channels so the whole community can follow along.
Our promise: give back, on purpose
In 2026, we’ll begin donating a portion of our profits to a local Hawaiian charity. We’re still in the process of choosing the right organization—one that’s truly rooted in community impact.
As we get closer to launch, we’ll share who we choose and why. We want this to be transparent and meaningful, not vague “marketing charity.” The goal is simple: as the marketplace grows, our support for local communities grows with it.

Mahalo for being part of this next chapter. We’re building carefully, with a lot of respect for the culture that inspired it— and we can’t wait to bring more Hawaiʻi-made goods (and the stories behind them) to more people.
